Shipping Rates and Policies

Domestic Shipping Info 
Domestic non-food orders are shipped only within the continental United States of America via United States Postal Service. All food items are shipped only within the continental United States of America via FedEx. 

We do ship to A.P.O. addresses.

International Orders
Unfortunately, Hanks Depot is unable to fulfill international orders at this point in time.

Return Policy
Hanks Depot offers full refunds on products that are sealed, unused and in good condition, within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order. Weekends and holidays are inclusive as part of the 30 day acceptance period. In order for Hanks Depot to accept returned items, each item must be sealed and in "new" condition.
There can be no damage to labels and no bottles can be broken. All returned orders must be accompanied by a valid receipt or order number. Hanks Depot does not refund shipping charges or return-shipping charges. All returns must be shipped to the address on the shipping label with the return order number on label of the package. Returned orders that do not have the return order number on the front of the package will not be accepted. ***All items that are being returned should be properly packaged for return shipment.***

Damaged Orders
If you receive an order that is damaged, you must call My Hanks Depot within 5 days of order receipt. We will re-ship your order and immediately start the claim process. Please save the damaged package in case a claims representative would like to view its condition.


Mistake in the Order
If you receive an order that has a mistake in it, first and foremost we apologize. Please contact the MY Hanks Depot within 30 days of the date of the original order and we will immediately fix the mistake at no cost to you. After all, it's our fault, not yours.
